The companies, photographers, suppliers, models, individuals, agents, etc. who we acquire copyrights to the images from, are believed by us to be the proper, legal authorized copyright owners. It is unlikely, however possible, that the entity from which we acquire an image may, without our knowledge, not have had the full legal right to sell, assign, and/or transfer the copyright to us. In such an event, and upon receipt of the aforementioned documentation, our attorneys will investigate the claim and upon discovery that the claim is valid, the image will be immediately removed from this site.
